Our carrier is UPS, we will send you a tracking number with your order for you to do the follow up. The delivery time depends on the delivery address, but it would normally take from 2 to 3 days. If UPS cannot find you in your address, they will get in contact with you and tell you they have left the package in an Access Point, it is normally a store working as partner with UPS, close to your delivery address, so you can pick it up in the store. This service is charged to us, you do not have to pay any extra.
In case of Import goods, Customs charges and clearance are paid by the customer. Those charges are not for the EU countries.
All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If there are difficulties in providing the products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount that you may have paid.
DELIVERY IN GENERAL
Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, we will send you the order as described in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the selected shipping method and, in any case, in the Maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
We may not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. It will be understood that the "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquire the material possession of the products, which is accredited by signing the receipt / or confirmation of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY IN GENERAL
If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, we will contact you by phone or leave a note at your address to contact us. If we cannot find a solution, your order will be returned to our warehouse. If we had to make a second delivery, the postage would be on your part. In cases of Force Majeure, the obligations will be suspended during the period and we will contact you to find the most suitable solution for both parties.
TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
The risks of the products will be at your expense from the moment of delivery. You will have ownership of the products when we receive full payment for the products and shipping costs.
