SHIPPING
Shipments are made with local Post or UPS and a tracking number will be assigned so that you can see where your order is at all times. The delivery time will depend on the destination address, it is calculated between 2 to 3 days for Spain. 4-5 working day Europe. If they can't find you at your address, they will contact you and notify you that they have left the shipment at an Access Point (in the case of UPS), a store that works with UPS and that will be close to your address. The service will be charged to us and you will not be charged anything else. In the case of National Post, they leave a notice so you can pick them up at the thier premises after 2 delivery attempts.
Customs and import expenses, if any, are paid by the client. In the case of the European Union they are included.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in supplying the products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
DELIVERY
Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, we will send the order consisting of the product(s) described in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the selected shipping method and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
If for any reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid. . Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires the material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt / or confirmation of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY IN GENERAL
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you by phone. If we cannot find a solution, your order will be returned to our warehouse. If we were to make a second delivery, the postage would be paid by you.
In cases of Force Majeure, the obligations will be suspended during the period and we will contact you to find the most appropriate solution for both parties.
TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
The risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery. You will own the products when we receive full payment for the products and shipping costs.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due, unless FREE is specified.
This is in case of Europe. In case of shipments out of European Union, you will see prices with NO VAT, that will be charged by your Customs on arrival
Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
RETURN POLICY
Legal right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us an email to info@thecoolskin.com. The return of the products will be accepted if they are intact, that is, with the quality closure without breaking. In this case, the amount paid by the means you made the purchase will be refunded, less shipping costs, once we have received the products in our warehouse. In the case of the seals have been violated, we will not be able to refund the amount since we cannot guarantee that the quality of the products has been compromised.
